Mortgages are not the easiest thing to attain especially when one of the applicants is a foreign national with a likely non existent credit score.
Even a 95% mortgage would have needed a 12k deposit, I don't see it on their meagre income. Something odd has occurred.

I have a theory on this. I think something went down with the dad and the affair as someone mentioned on here a few months ago. I think they sold up and fled north London and moved to Stevenage and her parents probably gave her a chunk for a house from the sale of their north London home. I imagine they would have made a decent profit and prices in Stevenage would be considerably lower! It would make sense why she’s so blindly loyal to her dad and fawns over him.

I have to put my hand up and confess. it was me. Ela has been described as being handsome by some of Sevda's dumb followers, handsome is the only flattering word I can think of to use for the poor child as she most certainly isn't beautiful or pretty by any stretch of the imagination. A very unfortunate looking little girl but she may grow out of it (with a bit of luck).
