100% illegal. They need a gambling licence amongst other rules to follow. None of them follow any of the guidelines, rules etc which is why none of us take them serious when they claim what they do is a job. If they truly believed it was a job then they would do it properly and professionally making sure they did the following :-
1) Sought permission from the landlord or mortgage company to run a business from a residential property.
2) Had the correct business insurance for their house and car.
3) Had public liability insurance and employee liability insurance.
4) Clearly people that regularly appear in their videos are employees so every one of them should have a works pension set up for them.
5) Clearly label all videos as adverts, gifted etc as per ASA guidelines when required and never try to cheat the system.
6) Do any giveaways in compliance with UK gambling laws, have all the GDPR and terms and conditions as set out by Trading Standards and the Gambling Commission.
7) Have the appropriate consent and waivers signed when filming in public. Seek permission to film for commercial in all their videos out in public or private premises that are publicly accessible during opening hours.
There's plenty of other things that they should be doing but none of them have the will, sense, gumption or integrity to perform their so called job as it should be done.

These fing influencers are dickheads!! Giving away FREE GIFT VOUCHERS!!! No they are not paid by them or with their own pocket. They also need to declare this to the tax man!! HMRC can impose financial penalties when gifts are not declared correctly. Receiving and giving gifts needs to be declared to HMRC…

Eugh, that toasted cheese egg siracha thing. What is the need to put cheese on an egg, and that amount at that, just vile.
