I think she believes that the snacks don't count as food cause there not a meal and even though the snacks she ate in London were high calorie fatty foods because it wasn't a meal I don't think she counts this as eating. Ok so with food I was taught once something was cooked and you were having leftovers you take what you want to eat and heat it up and not the whole dish if there is more left..
It looks like she heating that whole foil container of stuffing to take a piece.. so she is going to continually heat all the stuffing over and over before it’s gone? I tend to be extra careful in the kitchen and only reheat things once
