Good Morning,

I hope this email lands to the right person, and if it hasn’t, please pass it on.

I want to start by saying how absolutely disappointed I am in L’Oréal as a brand for showcasing and supporting a person such as Stephanie Vavron (nee Robertson). While seeming like the perfect girl on the outside, Stephanie Vavron is one of the most despicable human beings to every walk this earth and a simple Google search from your team before endorsing her in such a way would have been highly advantageous to your brand.

Yes, Stephanie has over 400k followers on TikTok and so seems like a great fit for partnering with to sell and promote your products. However, look into the authenticity of these followers. Due your due diligence and you will discover that 84% of these followers are bought. This is clearly visible by the total contrast of followers to engagement rates without even looking into the analytics & seeing the true number of authentic followers. So in turn, Stephanie has lied her way to get a collab and totally sucked you in.

Aside from being a liar on social media, Stephanie Vavron also accused a man of inappropriately touching her daughter (not very in keeping with your ‘Stand Up Against’ campaign in 2020, stole charity money from fundraising for her former (deceased) husband (not very in keeping with your Fund for Women campaign during covid-19), continually sets up burner accounts to harass other creators on TikTok (evidence of this on multiple pages where she has been caught), uses the smoothing function within TikTok to promote skin care (this is beyond mis-selling and misleading advertising & against the law) deliberately botch died a former partners daughters hair out of pure jealousy of a father-daughter relationship and suicide baits on the regular when she is called out for her atrocious behaviours. To see a brand so well known and well established as L’Oréal partner with such a person is absolutely shocking. With the funds and access the company have, the lack of background checks into this person before inviting them in and setting them on such a high pedestal is beyond comprehension.

Having a partnership with Stephanie Vavron plastered all over TikTok is so damaging to your brand and will have a lot of customers question the integrity of your company, your products and the people who work for you. But do not just take my word for it. Do your own research.

I seriously hope you look into this as a matter of urgency, and to save your company from a huge backlash, sever all ties with Ms Vavron.
I think she is super fake x she loves everything and if your eyes popping out your head means it’s good she better be care they actually might pop out her head one day

You are either 5”2 or 5”3 obviously don’t know your own height also folk are jealous of her at the end of the day people have friends and can do things in their lives material things like a £367 pounds coat which most people can’t afford and she just wanted to show off that’s all she is about materialistic things and it shows on her post been up 2 hours and hardly any likes or comments she wants people to fund her lifestyle and buy cheap s so she can show off expensive things Karen millan should be ashamed gifting someone that when people are struggling to put food or their table and heating on.

That jacket is a terrible fit it looks massive on her and she thinks it’s a perfect fit, and you didn’t invest in it you got it sent for free, when their is loads of people suffering and you just can’t help but show off but the Huns just can’t see it. If I was spending that kind of money which I could I would want all the bells and whistles but it’s such a poorly fitted jacket.

OF COURSE they’ll fit that girl, anything so she can earn 20p commission to go towards her children’s Christmas because we know she can NEVER pay for anything herself. She needs to thank US for her children’s Christmas presents 💋

Why would you believe someone when she doesn’t even know what height or size she is.

I will say she was good when she was at Tiffanys but she was the junior of an exceptionally good hairdresser who had been in competitions and won awards, i.e in London. She left there before she had L so a long time since she was any good. Knowing Steph she prob thought she knew it all and could do better………then failed like she always does

No she was there when she had L was she not? I'm sure she was. My pal and her was pregnant at the same time and sure she was working there. Yes who she was a junior to was so so good. My friend still speaks to some of the stylists from there and they all say the same she is just all about the drama and the lies

Never mind the cape on her 😂 it’s the best reference I can see for size guide of they trousers 😭 Now I got a couple of these to wear whilst packing my house up so I don’t wreck my good clothes etc now I ordered the S/M 6-10 they don’t stay up on my waist, I’m a size 6 no way she’s a 10 they way they’re fitted on her, they’re too short in the leg also I’m only 5ft 5 even turning the waist up they’re too baggy. I also got the other ones with the longer cardi S/M 6-12 exact same don’t fit me 🤦🏻‍♀️
