Sounds very similar to my sons, started on the Monday and I was back and forth to hospital. Finally born Wednesday morning. Midwife was an old boot of a woman told the younger one I didn't need gas and air. Said I had to wait for an epidural. Practically ripped the canula out my hand for anti sickness drugs. The bruise was awful. Then when the anaesthetist was sticking me in the back, he was behind me telling me to stay still, she told me to sit up and he was like Nooo I'm not finished and her response was "well you looked done to me". Awful experience. Oh my the stitches and having to provide a urine sample before you could go homeMy first little boy I was in labour for 32 hours and had every drug going and then had forceps .. the stitches were the worst part
I was on my hands and knees in the bathroom, all taps running, shower running trying to give them a sample. As I started the doctor came round to do all them hip and whatever checks heard my son crying and stopped midflow. Is that all you could manage? Yep that's all you're getting
