I usually every 4 months but can push to 5, prefer not to tho. So next time will be beginning of April. @lexilou can confirm but from what I remember it’s usually recommended every 3 months at the beginning but the more you get it done the longer it lasts. I’ve been getting it done for years, since 2011 I think

I'm an old looking f so I do my own every 6 weeks. Alexa play I'm so vain

But you defo do need it as much as I do. Xx

on my face so feel I need it now! Really good clinics around me so I’ll have a wee nosey on pages and pick one

Hey gang! Had some weeks off, taking me days and days to catch up on here and Aims thread... honestly you lot on here are speedy gonzales haha hope ur all doing fab!
Had some health issues to deal with but hopefully on the mend and enjoying my last few days from work.
I saw someone mention on here few pages back that u can't even tell she's had that boob job done...Then today we get the side video with her chest sticking out ha tell me u read here without telling me... she's getting more insufrable as the minutes go on! Anyway mite not contribute much lately but you lot make me giggle and look forward to catching up as and when I can. ❤

Botox is just the forehead and side of the eyes I love my facials, the treatments I get are for my whole face but concentrate where there is no Botox. My facials are bespoke as my beautician knows my skin No point having a smooth forehead and the rest of my face droops like the space raider
