Thing is what happens with all the loose skin once they loose all the lbs surely they will need to pay for surgery for that too? Yes a few of my friends are on them and they have aged dramatically. Each to their own but I’d rather look my age, hit the gym and eat sensibly. I know I’ll get hate for this but I think it’s a lazy way out…unless you are morbidly obese and have medical reasons. It’s when you see people congratulating them and saying well done you are an inspiration

Rapid weight loss is a big key factor to causing loose skin.

Agreed I said this to my friend as she thinks it’s jabs for life and I’m like no my lovely at some point you will need to change your lifestyle also. She’s got sagging jowls like Vav as done it so quick and it’s not a good look she’s 38 but now looks 50.
