That video of her doing her make up just proves exactly that. The way she spoke to the wee girl compared to how she speaks to her own son. She speaks/shouts at him, not even to him, like he is deaf and dumb. No idea what he was doing when she kept saying gentle to him. Whatever good that was going to do, gentle what? Gentle hands? Repeating the word gentle over and over to him will have zero effect. She couldn't stop eyefucking her phone long enough to actually visually show M what she meant by saying gentle or what behaviour she wanted him to stop.
