People at my office cannot believe I’m the same age as Sevda. It’s a wonderful feeling every time I hear it! They say she looks 20 years older! I think so too actually! She looks just a tiny bit younger than my Mum! Mind you, my Mum looks good for her age - she looks after herself well, dresses good and wears natural style make up - just enough to enhance her lovely features….everything Sevda does NOT do.
It’s actually quite sad how she has let go of herself. She used to look so much younger and she washed her hair regularly, it was in much better condition, she dressed more her age and wore a bit of makeup.
Most days now, she looks like she has crawled out of bed, shoved on a granny dress or cheap nasty tat, not washed her face and scraped back her dry crunchy hair into a scrappy ponytail of some sort with thin broken off whispy bits sticking out. Terrible. And NO Sevda, you do NOT get away with that ‘bed hair/crawled out of bed’ ’ look that younger/pretty woman can! You look 55/60 years old instead, and your skin is awful, blotchy and saggy and your eyes are wrinkled and bulging.
She really has let herself go!! It’s sad, because she used to be so pretty. But now she looks like a shell of her former self. And there is no excuse for it when you have one child and you stay at home doing nothing all day.
Sevda if you want some advice: start off by going darker with your hair, a warm dark color and for the love of god, do it at a hairdressers! Not your friend. And focus on treating your hair and actually taking care of it, use products recommended and stop straightening it.
Then get a good skincare routine (cleanser, moisturizer and sun cream) and do some light makeup: concealer, powder, some mascara and some lipgloss would do wonders. Then learn how to dress your age. Have a look at what other people your age wear, and stop buying those god awful SHEIN dresses. They make you look 60 and honestly I know 60 year olds who dress better!!!
Stay off CC and Tattle, because honestly we can tell that it stresses you out and stress isn’t good for anyone but especially not you since you can’t handle any form of criticism and it ages you. And get out more. Go on walks, get a part time job, anything!!! You’re so miserable.
But most importantly: fix your diet. Stop eating mountains of cheese on everything and stop eating cakes for breakfast.
Try this and you’ll most likely see a difference.
