I’m the same way as you. Whenever I see this family and their portions I feel like I’m starving myself and my kids
I feel like it depends on if you have a side dish with it???? Knowing Sevda and Mine, they definitely have it with a huge portion of rice, yogurt, chilis and salad (which isn’t unhealthy but pair that with 8 chicken wings and it becomes a lot!!)
I don’t get why Sevda always gives Ela huge portions!! She says “if she doesn’t want to eat anymore she knows when to stop” but why not wait until she says she wants more and that way no food is wasted? Unless she actually puts the food that Ela has touched with the same fork she’s had in her mouth back into the pot
