£7.50 Jacket spud retail price
£2.50 Cost price per jacket spud
£5.00 Profit per jacket potato
If he's donating food then why is he not doing this charitable act at his cost price? If it's given for free why is he using the retail price as the cost per meal to the homeless?
My take is that he's used Sevda's donation as £200 ÷ £7.50 which equates to approx 26 jacket spuds.
The cost price of 26 jacket spuds is 26 x £2.50 which equates to £65.00. He keeps the remaining £135.00 for himself.
