That’s the thing. I had this dish when I was in Turkey a few months back. It was delicious (looks nothing like her attempt) and it was NOT drowning in yogurt. At all. Cacik was served on the side. God shes so dense, yes Kızartma is a common dinner in turkey & you do eat it with either a garlicy yogurt sauce on top or a tomato sauce made from scratch on top but the way shes done it looks terrible as always from our token turk. Yes airfryer is healthier but you dont get the same flavor as you do when you fry it fresh & most turks fry the veggies in oil (obviously they eat it in moderation & dont have it too often).
Also shes said its meant to be eaten cold which is another lie, the veggies should be cut up better & should be hot & the yogurt you put on at the table so its cold on top & warm underneath… she pisses me off trying to roleplay as a turk when shes clearly havent got a clue

I’m honestly so tired of hearing her constantly complain about how “busy” she is. She makes parenting and being a wife sound like such a burden, as if the daily chores and errands she finds “tiring” aren’t things every parent manages. Her nonstop bickering about how exhausting her day was feels so disrespectful to single parents and people juggling actual jobs. Instead of complaining about her life, she should be grateful for the opportunities she has. It’s clear she doesn’t appreciate what she’s got. Honestly, she’s mentally exhausting and comes across as ungrateful—marriage was clearly not for her.
Both marriage AND motherhood were not for her. She’s downright selfish and lazy, she even considers opening her laptop hard work! It’s obviously mentally exhausting staring at her phone all day, deleting and blocking any comments left on her videos that aren’t telling her how wonderful she is. She needs a big boot up her ever expanding backside to kick her into the real world.
