My kids never had vitamins nor do my GK they have a healthy well balanced diet and go for walks

Ginger shots- I make my own and they are good for you. But why doesn’t she make it she’s home everyday doing s all. Make a big bottle and put in the fridge. She’s very stupid for real. Also it only works if you have a good diet too. It’s not a magic cure.
Vitamins- waste of money. Everyone knows this. You get your vitamins from real food and vegetables. Cook your child meat! Not take away or frozen!
