It was. It was my neighbour’s brother who moved on with her. He sent me a note saying ‘I love you, and I know you love me too’ wtf, I had chatted to him once, while hanging out washing. He them kept knocking on door in middle of the night. I ended up having to write a note to my neighbour and she apologised. My ex, who had moved out just before (this man must have realised and was do weird, knowing I was on my own, my ex helped). This is just giving such creepy vibes. But she has probably set it up herself. If not, she should be sleeping with one eye open x
