Not necessarily .. the call centre staff make you belive that, but I was awarded it for my little one when she was 4 due to the danger she is to herself and the lack of awareness too, wouldn’t get on public transport, it was horrific I had to walk everywhere, I mean we either sat in all day or never left,
But… I looked at every car manufacturer and there is noway she would get that car on Disabilty, the advance payment would be insane , it’s only for 3 years at a time, then you renew, and It’s not the full award that goes to the car, it’s only the mobility part, so talking at best 71.80 a week I’m sure. So if she gets it and claims it to be a company car, she has to put it through her taxes and stuff, and if she’s claiming say universal credit she wil never be able to say she earned enough to afford it in the beginning
