There’s a lot of conditions and criteria to meet when a landlord wants you out.its not quite as simple as giving you a month notice.
Yeah I had a quick look yesterday, some dependent on how long someone has been renting a place but Landlord also has a list of acceptable reasons to give notice to tenant including selling the property. Think it’s 84 days notice telling them of their intent to put it up for sale so that sounds right
