The live is to promote Clomana, every bad comment should have been ignored and only responded to people asking about the pyjamas. Thats what they are there to do, promote. Not read out every comment about themselves and make it about their online appearance.
Yes the comments were there, but so were many others about the product and that should have been all that was read out and answered.
