I think she needs to stay away from dental treatments (except getting an implant for that missing tooth) as it already looks like her teeth are too big for her mouth. That's some feat given how big her mouth is

I agree all the eating is for show .a bite here a bite there. Never a full meal. Recommendations for surgery and the weight loss jab is that the jag is stopped two weeks before surgery.the drug slows down the movement of food through the digestive system.so would be dangerous not to stop in time.it would make the anaesthetic dangerous.
