It's actually giving like Younique/The Body Shop and Avon etc I seen someone saying on a post about struggling to hit their next level or something can't remember exact words. You must start off on a bottom level with smaller commission % and the more you start to sell the bigger your commission % gets. Just like all those MLM and network marketing companies but instead of building a team of people to sell products under you, you build a team of followers to buy your crap.
