I have a company that clean them, my trainers, shoes etc. any hardware issues or cosmetic I take them into LV and the send them away. I lost a screw when I was over Marbella and I put it into the puerto banus store and they offered to send it back direct to me or to Edinburgh but I was going back over there so collectedI take my chanel bags into chanel and they clean them and any hardware that’s tarnished is made like new. 5 year guarantee from purchase and they will clean and mend them. You don’t get that from a Turkey market
