But as long as they are changing their relationshipnwithbfood aswell. Not taking a jab and still eating crap. I think though mid size people around size 14-16 who are using it as a quick and easy way to lose weight ie Vav. Especially when they are apparently a trained PT or have an ED or whatever other bull she has spraffled. She shows exactly what she eats (not the quantity) and it certainly isn't a healthy diet.

And that was with training and clean eating which you documented on insta daily.
