Yes she is one conniving cow. Yet she forgets she has said on many occasions her support network (ma and nana ) are part of her safety network for her ‘fake’ ED. Quite possibly but shes the one who said she owns half of it in cash yet and her name isn’t on the title deeds because Petr needed a mortgage for his half. Apparently she knows more about the law on ownership and deeds than the rest of who have owned more properties than her and been through divorce
