I should thank her really for making me feel fat at a size 8-10 because now I’m toned, size 4-6 and have a thigh gap. She wouldn’t like to see me in leggings now because she’d be so angry and jealous

It's horrible! I keep having to give myself a pep talk lol sounds weird but times the voices in my head become very overwhelming that I'm not good enough at the weight I am and not stop eating or stray into bad habits. I keep telling myself no matter what size I've been I've never been happy. Even though when I starved myself I loved the feeling. I can't do it now. I need the energy. People don't realise how much work it is to be in the throws of an ED or to be in recovery. Steoh. Hasn't got to deal with either, it's quite obvious.
