I have a colleague that's on the injection and one day before a shift she thought oh a one off cheeky maccies won't hurt.... oh she was so wrong . She spent most of our night shift in and out of the toilet and she had awful cramps all night. She learnt her lesson after that

I agree is not enough for a growing 10 yr old. It’s a 5 yr olds packed lunch in what I’d say is a 5 yr olds lunch bag. She thinks the kid is still 5 yrs old. Dread to think when it needs a bra or feminine products. The kid will be going to secondary school this year isn’t it ? I’m sure the mother will kit her out in hello kitty bag etc. I was shocked at the lack of dinner for h tonight. Nothing nutritious again. Aim is obviously getting back into the Xmas spirit in full Xmas pyjamas. Only 11 months to go. Suprised she hasn’t got her tree up still
