Why is it addressed to him at the top and then states dear doctor? Surely it would be addressed to his GP and he would recieve a copy (and it states patient copy). Any discharge letter I have received is addressed to my GP and I get a copy of it? And the bit about his clinical notes don’t fit...

Anyone else suspect he knows he’s been well And truly rumbled? Suddenly stopped protesting his innocence and has tried to make himself disappear for a week on the pretence he’s on holiday. Sounds like the authorities have been sniffing around to me 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s this one! He doesn’t look like he’s sat back on the pillow properly as there’s no creasing? I’m no expert but stood out to me. Could always be a recycled one I guess but made me look twice?!

I’m sure that photo in the hospital bed yesterday is photo shopped.. certainly looks odd to me ?
