I think he was spooked when everyone on T was saying he needs reporting to HMRC. He then closed his IG account. So when he returned I think he said he sold the business to justify the lifestyle and hopefully shut people up with the HMRC threats.

Guys HMRC one is really easy, you don’t have to give your details. I’ve done it a submitted, at the end it asks for a brief description so I’ve also listed his other companies that have been closed. Also referred to his lifestyle on social media

Ok with companies house all you have to do is file a standard TM01 form there’s no option the states the director/shareholder has died it’s just to inform them they are no longer a director. So it’s the same form to resign as a director and also to file if a director has died. So no death cert...
