I think you need to have went through something quite traumatic to need them but you also need to be strong minded because coming off them isn't easy. I'm sure she's been getting them since her dad died.

They give you a false sense of security and a feeling of euphoria but your body becomes tolerant to them so you have to up the dosage.Sorry to hear thatyes even after the 3 months I struggled to come off them, they gave me a sense of security and I felt more anxious coming off them. They felt good but I know they are bad long term.
