I didnβt finish it for years, and then a couple years ago I decided to do it, and let me tell you I cried so much and sometimes wish I could go back to the time when I was somewhere around the season where itβs like the Mi5 stuff, back when things were happier.Oh my god !!! yes it will full under the sexual offences act 2003, which was recently updated january 31st this year. It can also be prosecuted under the communications act 2003 or the malicious communications act 1988. Even if the images have been previously circulated they can still be subjected to prosecution under the protection from harassment act 1997. (I have no legal qualifications btw I'm just very interested in that side of the law as one of my jobs is classed as sex work)
