Mybe a daft question but has anyone reported the likes of dread and flangie etc to Ofcom because I have just read it goes against ofcom rules maybe wrong

Always worth a try. It's an online form. Tik tok are more afraid of OFCOM than the police. Live hosts commiting crimes, is irrelevant to them.
