I reckon Wayne is manipulating Zia behind the scenes, he wants Zia to himself, he wants his own platform. He'll be telling Zia he was willing to fund Angies Rehab and she's made a fool of him, Zias the fool......a fool and her money are soon parted...Wayne will play the part of the wounded friend to nab Zia

The other mods think being a mod is a privilege and a way to have control because their own lives are so fed up.
