I'm gonna say it, and I don't care how it comes across. If it was someone else taking a pair if scissors to their hair, then I'd be seriously concerned. But this is Angie, she's made it clear she hates her hair, she's randomly chopped it off before, she knows when it's short it's easier to look after and not long ago she was wanting it short again because her wigs wouldn't sit right. So it was only a matter of time before this happened. Surely other people could see this coming.
