Re her poor children , let’s be realistic here - I’m not a family lawyer but 1- the youngest is gone . No claim or parental right from what I’ve read . 2 / the other two irs been how long no visits or mentions 1 surely her rights have been terminated or soon

Sounds like he's going to some sort of supported scheme so maybe she won't be allowed to be there and he'll have certain rules to follow. Not sure, I don't know too much about it but I don't think he's just being given a house and left to crack on.
