Повномасштабна війна проти нашої держави триває вже понад 230 днів. І чим більше допомоги Україна отримає зараз, тим швидшим буде завершення російської війни.

Саме зараз, коли держава-терорист намагається ще більше нас усіх залякати, маємо відповісти на російський терор ще більш міцною й змістовною співпрацею. Це справжній захист. Наш спільний захист – нашої спільної демократії, нашого способу життя.

Наголосив на цьому під час звернення до учасників засідання круглого столу міністрів під спільним керівництвом Уряду України, Групи Світового банку та МВФ.

The full-scale war against our state has been ongoing for more than 230 days. And the more help Ukraine receives now, the faster the Russian war will end.

Right now, when the terrorist state is trying to intimidate us all even more, we must respond to Russian terror with even stronger and meaningful cooperation. This is real protection. Our common protection - of our common democracy, our way of life.

I emphasized this in an address to the participants of the ministerial roundtable discussion under the joint leadership of the Government of Ukraine, the World Bank Group and the IMF.

Another meeting took place today in the format of the defense "Ramstein". Quite productive. First of all, they discussed providing our country with anti-aircraft and anti-missile defense systems.

The more audacious and cruel Russian terror becomes, the more obvious it is to the world that helping Ukraine to protect the sky is one of the most important humanitarian tasks for Europe of our time.

I believe that we will cope with this task. And I am grateful to those of our partners who have already made a decision to strengthen such support for our state - support for effective defense in the air.

Миколаїв. Унаслідок обстрілу окупантів пошкоджено п’ятиповерхівку. Рятувальники деблокували 11-річного хлопчика. Він провів під завалами 6 годин. Дитині надається медична допомога. Тривають пошуки ще семи осіб. Усі служби на місці та працюють.

Кожен із російських ударів, усі прояви російського терору проти наших людей, наших міст не зійдуть окупантам із рук. На вас чекає справедливе покарання. Знайте це.

Цьогоріч ми побачили, що Росія свідомо відкидає будь-який справжній діалог із нами. Росія хоче говорити тільки мовою терору.

Цей факт треба визнавати на всіх рівнях: політично, юридично та на полі бою в Україні – підтримкою наших оборонних спроможностей. І я дякую за те, що ПАРЄ може стати першою міжнародною організацією, яка саме так визначає Росію – як державу-терориста.

Україна запропонувала свій шлях до миру. Це європейський шлях. Шлях діалогу та принциповості. Шлях імплементації погоджених рішень для захисту України й людяності та постійного підвищення ціни для агресора за війну. Шлях притягнення винних у війні до відповідальності та компенсації збитків. Це – шлях до перемоги.

Він значно коротший, ніж здається. Але тільки за умови, що й діалог заради нього чесний між усіма, хто дійсно цінує свободу, і що цим словом «діалог» не маскується бажання заплющити очі на війну.

This year we saw that Russia deliberately rejects any real dialogue with us. Russia wants to speak the language of terror only.

This fact must be recognized at all levels: politically, legally and on the battlefield in Ukraine - by supporting our defense capabilities. And I am grateful for the fact that the PACE can become the first international organization that designates Russia exactly this way - as a terrorist state.

Ukraine offered its way to peace. This is the European way. The way of dialogue and principles. The way of implementation of the agreed decisions for the protection of Ukraine and humanity and constant increase of the price of the war for the aggressor. The way of bringing the perpetrators of the war to justice and compensation for damages. This is the way to victory.

It is much shorter than it seems. But only on the condition that the dialogue for its sake is honest, between all those who really value freedom, and that the word "dialogue" does not mask the desire to turn a blind eye to war.

Маємо потужний відгук від ПАРЄ – це перша міжнародна організація, яка визначила наявний в Росії режим як терористичний. Дуже важливо, що це політичний сигнал. Сигнал усім державам – членам Ради Європи й усім державам світу, що з цією терористичною групою, яка привласнила собі Росію та розвʼязала найстрашнішу за 80 років війну в Європі, – немає про що говорити.

Світ бачить, що відбувається. Знає ціну тому фарсу, який Росія влаштувала на окупованій території під виглядом псевдореферендумів. 143 держави – члени ООН підтримали резолюцію, яка захищає базові принципи Статуту ООН і засуджує Росію за злочинну спробу анексії нашої території. Це на сьогодні рекордна кількість держав, що підтримують Україну. Але я вірю, що буде більше.

Не розслабляємось. Б’ємо ворога. Дотримуємось правил безпеки. Дослухаємось до сигналу повітряної тривоги – особливо завтра. І робимо все, щоб посилити Україну!

We have a powerful response from PACE, which is the first international organization to designate the current regime in Russia as terrorist. It is very important that this is a political signal. A signal to all states - members of the Council of Europe and all states of the world, that there is nothing to talk about with this terrorist group, which appropriated Russia and unleashed the most heinous war in Europe in 80 years.

The world sees what is happening. It knows the price of the farce that Russia staged in the occupied territory under the guise of sham referenda. 143 UN member states supported the resolution, which protects the basic principles of the UN Charter and condemns Russia for the criminal attempt to annex our territory. This is a record number of states supporting Ukraine today. But I believe that there will be more.

We do not relax! We beat the enemy! We follow the safety rules! We listen to the air alarm signal, especially tomorrow! And we do everything to strengthen Ukraine!

Минає цей день – 14 жовтня, свято усіх захисників і захисниць України, Покрова, День козацтва.

Я хочу подякувати усім нашим людям, які сьогодні вітали один одного, наших військових, усіх наших воїнів. Хочу подякувати усім, хто і цей день, як і багато інших, провів у бою й на варті.

І окремо дякую усім, хто сьогодні хай тихо, хай мовчки, хай лише у своєму серці, але все ж разом з усією нашою державою відзначав День захисників і захисниць України, перебуваючи на тимчасово окупованій території чи примусово – на території Росії.

Україна про всіх пам’ятає. Нікого й нічого українського не залишимо ворогу. Звільнимо усе своє. Повернемо усе, що належить нам по праву.

I want to thank now all our people who today congratulated each other, who congratulated our military, all our soldiers. I want to thank everyone who spent this day, like many others, in battle and on guard duty.

And I would like to thank everyone who today, quietly, silently, even in their hearts, but together with the whole country celebrated the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, being in the temporarily occupied territory or forcibly in the territory of Russia.

Ukraine remembers everyone. We will leave no one and nothing Ukrainian to the enemy. Let's liberate all ours. We will return everything that is rightfully ours.
