Carers are the unsung heros, hands down. They do so much for so little and the majority of them have good hearts. We've found a little home near us that isn't too big and has a nice location, they do day outs and have a mini bus, we're going to book to have a look about and they've not long had a make over but its very friendly, the family know of families of people who work there so it wouldn't be a strange place either x
Lovely they have their own transport, also I'm sure there is a job within care homes of someone employed to organise games/visit ect?
