Sounds lovely, how they treat their staff is a reflection of how they treat their resident's. We have about 4 homes around our area and one is always asking for new staff
Lovely they have their own transport, also I'm sure there is a job within care homes of someone employed to organise games/visit ect?

I had red velvet cake for the first time on Saturday (was delicious) went to my grandson's 2nd birthday party. Attached to the party was a fantastic cake and coffee shop. I though I'd best eat a cake or I'll want to eat the kids party food. Woofled down the cake and half hr later the party food was ready and it was for adults as well
