I feel quite nervous and vulnerable posting myself but I know many of us share the struggle of hair issues. Today I’m able to show a before and after, almost one year to the date of taking these supplements (exact items/duration in quote reply above):Hair loss is so stressfulI have anemia with regular iron infusions and occasional blood transfusions and I was losing lots of hair. I take these supplements and they’ve had a huge improvement on my hair health! They’ve reduced my greys, given me baby hairs and thickened my hair 🩵

In today’s photo, my hair isn’t styled and I was in the wind a lot before getting in the hospital, so normally I’m less frizzy!I really hope this helps someone 🩵
