I feel quite nervous and vulnerable posting myself but I know many of us share the struggle of hair issues. Today I’m able to show a before and after, almost one year to the date of taking these supplements (exact items/duration in quote reply above):

Much less grey, better texture/less frizz and more refined natural 3b curlsIn today’s photo, my hair isn’t styled and I was in the wind a lot before getting in the hospital, so normally I’m less frizzy!
