It's completely unhinged. No-where else in life do you hear "private" conversations where people chat s/rant about you. It's normal and healthy, to a certain extent, to air your frustrations about a person whether you like them overall or not. But it's not normal to constantly replay what someone has said and pick apart every single syllable, every inflection, every micro-expression. They're literally driving themselves mad by doing this.
It's also the fact that someone said the g word, they've apologised and knows they did wrong, not like she's done it over and over again. now in the real world if that was a friend you'd say now look, you can't say that word it's not like how it used to be, times have changed and we need to stop as it's considered racist. Saying Only Tony went round educating everyone won't work because not everyone knows who he is. Drop them if they are racist repetitively

I believe that Jack is genuinely fed up. He genuinely struggles with mental illness and addiction. I believe Angela is not and does not. But it's people who use it, like Angela, which means people truly suffering, such as Jack, are told they're just doing things for attention. Shoving a carrot up his arse on live was for attention, not this.

I put my big boy pants on yesterday and went to my GP, I need help and I'm struggling. Over a years wait for talking therapies, I knew there was a MH crisis but didn't realise how bad it had actually got

Unfortunately it's fed. It was fed before COVID and it's just worse since. See if there's any local support groups that you can attend whilst you're on the waiting list. 🫶🫶🫶

Against my initial judgement I went on the waiting list last night, also been prescribed a small dose of citalopram (everyone here knows how much I hate tablets!) but I've also looked at joining Andy mans club, we have a local one and I'm going to rock up next week and have my free cup of Yorkshire Tea

Just remember that the pills take a while to settle, so expect to feel like a hormonal teenager again. And if the side effects are too s try some different ones from your GP. I went through loads. I thought my GP was thinking I was treating it like pick & mix. 🤦‍♂️😂

She said Citalopram would be best to try first as side effects are minimal, she did mention mitazipine but said I'd feel groggy and as I refused a sick note I'd need to drive to work still :ROFLMAO: Mrs N wasn't happy about refusing the sick note, I just like to keep my mind busy and feel being at home my mind would go in to over drive
