I don't agree with the slurs being used, but I feel like people are looking back with very rose-tinted glasses. The words were always offensive, always racist, but they were also widely used and accepted as a part of daily vocabulary even in the early 2000's. People should know better, but acting like it wasn't how it was is ridiculous. Snatch came out in 2000. Brad Pitt, Vinnie Jones, Jason Statham, Benicio Del Toro...

I grew up in the 90s and them words were always thrown about just like the word for people from Pakistan was. As times progress so does peoples standards and you learn that the words are not acceptable anymore and that is how you educate yourself and others by informing them. It’s up to them to take the advice or not and that is how you work out the true racists
