The way she was talking about it sounded brand new because she said the delivery company delivered a left bit and a right bit. If it was second hand I can’t see someone having that in their house and then selling it, they’d send it back and say excuse me you delivered me 2 bits that don’t match

From what I understand she picked it and once she decided which one she wanted Glynnis was her guarantor. I heard her mention a problem with the delivery and something about it not all being there when it arrived. She also said Glynnis tried to contact the company on her behalf but they cut her off mid call.
The problem is, she's a compulsive liar so nothing she says can be taken seriously.
