Glynis sold Oirish an old 40" or bigger TV that Glynis said she didn't want anymore, but that's now weird to Oirish as Glynis bought a new TV after.
Glynis arranged for a £500 sofa that Oirish picked to be delivered and Oirish paid Glynis back in installments. Apparently the sofa is damaged or faulty or just freaky looking, so Oirish wanted Glynis to sort out a replacement/refund (as it was Glynis named as the customer).
