If you don't get it ask for a mandatory Reconsideration. You don't need to provide any more info but the government will relook at your case, up to 50% go on to get awarded. They say no to discourage you. Sorry I don't mean to sound like a beg who's researched it but I've been fighting for this for 4 years now so tried to look up things to see if I was doing something wrong lol. Not even my GP understands how I don't have PIP. The person who assessed my didn't know what Ehlers Danlos Syndrome is so that probably didn't help

I just wouldn't cope having to challenge them or to even appear at court or anywhere for another decision, it wouldn't be something I could push myself to do. That's why the first time when they didn't believe about half of what I said I didn't even question it I just left it but it's been about 2 years now so it's my renewal.
