Just because the law says you can have a drink does not mean you should. It's a guideline frame. Everyone has different tolerance levels. How many people have lost loved ones from reckless driving, this guy apparently went to get his friend so surely was driving in a quicker speed than usual? So when alcohol is in the system which affects your mental and visual perception as well as delaying judgements while rushing to protect a friend? The irresponsibility could cost someone a family member.
