I would guess he hasn't put the effort into the strict dietary requirements post-procedure. So, it worked, but he fed it.
He's lost almost 7 stone but I see what you mean. He doesn't look all that different so far.
Ah, well then, I retract my "he fed it" etc. It's really not showing. If he's doing everything I've just claimed he isn't then good luck to him - I hope he'll have visible results for himself soon. I imagine the health benefits are already presenting themself to him. 7 stone is nothing to be scoffed at.
