I bought them and they’re just amazing for noise cancelling and reducing anxiety and have been life changing for me. I wore them when I went to the doctors and I was much less anxious and more in my own bubble 🫧 I usually have fans on in our room and it quietens stuff like that and makes it easier to relax and sleep.

We totally have the exact same loops, except typically I have lost one of them so I just have Loop now, and it doesn’t work as good.
They really do help with aural overwhelm, though. I get so triggered by sounds, and live in a dog heavy neighbourhood and the owners let them bark all day and it was so chill when I had my loops to help out. I need to find my missing loop
