If you truly didn't care what people think about you, you would not be putting so much energy into screaming on live. You wouldn't try and insult them, try and hurt them emotionally, because they wouldn't matter.
I haven't given people in my real life this kind of energy. I cut contact, call them a t and get the do on with my days. If they want to continue chatting, that's on them.

I've been removed from her following list.She has 100% unfollowed me, as she followed me yesterday. Iv checked and can still see the account she followed me on, on the search list. I don't care and won't be reaching out to ask anything because she's not someone I would ever follow back but it's not a case of just deactivating an account
