Melatonin is for helping you to fall asleep not helping you stay awake, best off googling what dosage is best for you. I can't remember I ended up giving mines to my mate

Even if you've got a private account how well do you know the people on there? Business accounts, old school friends etc I just wouldn't risk it personally.

So why is it okay for her to do it to others, spread misinformation, she sat in your box not even half hour ago and said the guy is most likely someone she's done a live about.
