There is an amazing company on TikTok called NOD Beauty they do all the expensive lotions and potions along with makeup for a fraction of the price and if you get a mystery box on their live they can tailor it to your needs with some extra freebies. My last box cos £30 and got just over £280 worth which included a perricone MD face creamDo you use any chemical exfoliants luv? My personal fav is salicylic and glycolic but not used togetherglycolic is the stronger, dependant on the strength and is great for refining the skin and smoothing it out. My favourite daily gentle chemical exfoliant is Glow Recipe’s Watermelon Glow PHA + BHA Pore-Tight Toner. It’s the most moisturising chemical exfoliant I’ve used and gentle enough for daily use (after time).
Then of course there’s retinol but please research it thoroughly before using. It’s perhaps the strongest ingredient you can use on your skin and you need to work up to a percentage that works for you but it’s incredible stuff 🩵

It also depends on the product and the person injecting it. Some people will just use the cheapest s and put it wherever a client wants it without even having a consultation first. I do a free video or face to face consultation with both my new and existing clients and will advise a client against it if I don’t think it’s something they should get done.To each their own init, iv had a tiny bit in my chin too over the years. I think as long as people are responsible it's fine. It's just unfortunately not in my budget right now

I didn't know you did fillers and botox, I'm trying to talk someone out of having their tear troft done (I think that's what they're called) because the lady she's going to doesn't do a consultation it's basically where anyone can walk in and have whatever they like done.

Tear troughs are super delicate and I really wouldn’t advise anyone walking in to get them done without a pre consultation appointment. I’ve been qualified in aesthetics for 5 years and I won’t do them without going on an advanced course to specialise in them. The issue is so many people, so who are not medically trained (I have a massive issue with people training in aesthetics without any medical background) will do a basic Botox and filler course then feel they are qualified to do any procedure.
If it was me giving the consultation I would say to find someone who is medically trained as well as aesthetically trained and to get a consultation before hand.
