Morning guys caught up at 5.30am this morning and fell back sleep. My heart absolutely breaks for anyone who has SH and sufferes with MH. I am guilty of not knowing that SH was going on under my roof. I see the results now and as a mother it breaks my heart. Thank you for the people that have spoken out about their SH, I don't understand the pain you go through. But as a mother my heart was shattered
