James Horton Kofoed. Is he for real as nothing adds up?

He’s posted an NHS letter on TikTok. I’m going to say straight away it looks fake as it’s nothing like the ones I have at home.

The admission summary doesn’t make sense either.
Now where do we start with the blatant erm errors on this letter
So discharge summaries for one don't look like this.

Secondly they never put "narrated by" I know on my discharge summaries they don't have narrated by they are laid out in a completely different format to a clinic letter. Even with a clinic letter the consultant will use the word "dictate" not narrate.

Thirdly that says he was admitted to SAU but if I remember rightly in a post somewhere he was on ITU with a fracture to his back

Fourth it says presented to a.in the first paragraph for admission Where's the rest of the word? Then it goes more into depth saying the ambulance brought him in so to me that's contradicting the first line of the letter.

Why is it addressed to him at the top and then states dear doctor? Surely it would be addressed to his GP and he would recieve a copy (and it states patient copy). Any discharge letter I have received is addressed to my GP and I get a copy of it? And the bit about his clinical notes don’t fit the width of the page?? Not buying this one 🤷🏼‍♀️

100% fake - (presented with a ) ??? A what ? and being taken in by ambulance isn’t “presenting” . Medical secretary’s don’t make errors . And this letter is full of them .AND had he jumped off the pier that would not be on his discharge letter .

So what we can summarise from today is ..

He got kicked out of hospital

Tried to deceive us into thinking he’d gone on holiday for a week by posting a video from the 4th July - to add credibility to the fact he wasn’t in fact at home knocking up a terrible attempt at a discharge letter ..

Obvs we rumbled that so he had to delete it 😂

Why’s it never been folded ? Why does it look freshly printed ? Did you run out of colour ink in your printer for the logo ? 🤔😂

And then tried to close the GFM - hence why no dates are in view . Did you do whlst you ate lunch ? Hence the sloppiness 🤔 ps all this will of done is back up all our reports of you to them about you being a scammer . Thanks again ❤️

Come on Mr whatever the do his name is …

Try harder 😂

Ps falsifying medical records is a criminal offence :

Cheers for more evidence 👍🏼

james please you’ve only deactivated the gfm because of all the backlash
Load of se, he's only deleted it because people started to question him. And he clearly states HELP ME FIGHT CANCER, so with investigation from the police who will prove he's not got cancer he has essentially committed fraud. So Jamie little balls well and truly saw his arse

***for comparison***** this is a copy of a Preston discharge summary. The other thing I wondered tho why didn’t he go to Blackpool which is closer, no mention of air ambulances and being on an assessment unit for 9 days..that rarely happens especially with a broken back did he say you’d be taken to a specialist ward.

It also states he was bought in!!! Bought in where bloody Tesco??? If you're going to create pretend letters at least check your grammar and spelling FFS.

There are some differences on the layout. I’ve just noticed.
